Salisbury Police Department Press Release

On April 27, 2011 at approximately 1:00 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police arrested the below listed suspects on outstanding arrest warrants for a theft that occurred on March 15, 2011. On that date, the Salisbury Police responded to a residence on South Division Street for the report of a theft and met with the victim. The victim advised that she had let the suspects stay in her residence for one night, and found when they left the residence that property had been taken. The officers were able to positively identify the below listed suspects and obtained the warrants.

ARRESTED #1: Paul Joseph Kelly, 24 years of age Hebron, Maryland

ARRESTED #2: Elizabeth Claire May, 21 years of age Hebron, Maryland

CHARGES (Both):
Theft (under $ 1,000)
Conspiracy to commit theft

DISPOSITION: Both released to Central Booking CC # 201100009452

On April 28, 2011 at approximately 12:45 am, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the area of North Salisbury Boulevard and East Isabella Street for the report of an assault. Upon arrival the officers met with two (2) victims who advised that they had been threatened by the below listed suspect with a knife. The victims advised that they were approached on the street by the suspect who produced a knife and threatened both victims. The victims were able to escape from the suspect without injury. The officers were able to locate the suspect who was positively identified by the victims and arrested.

ARRESTED : Randolph (nmn) Joynes, 50 years of age Salisbury, Maryland

CHARGES:
First degree assault
Second degree assault
Reckless endangerment
Possession of a dangerous and deadly weapon
Poss. Of a deadly weapon with intent to injure

DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking CC # 201100016089
