Upon a search of the vehicle, the deputy located a baggie of what the deputy recognized as marijuana in the glove box. The deputy opened up a box of KFC Fried Chicken that the passenger had been holding and found two packages of rolling papers inside with the fresh and hot chicken.

Also during a later search, Soto was discovered to be hiding more marijuana in his crotch.
